Back to back days

So much to report on! I was only able to go 2 days this week and it happened to be back to back days! Here's what went down:

Tuesday:
Strength
90 second amrap of body weight bench press
Followed by 90 seconds of rest
90 second amrap of burpees

WOD
12 minutes for as many rounds as possible of the following
5 handstand push ups
10 KB snatches (5 per arm)
15 Double unders/45 singles

How I did:
31 bench presses @ 45 lbs
14 burpees (which are stupidly hard when you can't bend your knee under you to stand up).

8 rounds of the WOD + 5 push ups. Push ups were done off of a tall box.

Wednesday:
Strength
2 squat cleans every minute for ten minutes. (65 to 75% of your one rep max)

WOD
3 rounds of the following
15 dead lifts at ( 135/85)
15 jumps over the bar
15 box jumps (24/20)

Post wod
30 back extensions

How I did:
Power Squat cleans were @ 55lbs could have easily done 65lbs, maybe more.
Deadlifts were rough in the WOD, I was at 75lbs
I think I finished in 4:09
