Getting back in the swing

So, the holidays have led to about a week and a half off.  I went to yoga last night, as that is my typical monday night girls night activity.  Pam was there and it was good to see her.  It is good to know that I will be going to crossfit 2 times this week, then starting next monday i dont have any plans to go out of town for a while. 

This is good news considering that I will be going to Mexico in March and would love to get buffed up for that trip.
This means 3 times a week at the box, yoga on Mondays and something else fun one other day of the week.

Also I need to start eating better.

But for now I will start with going to the box tonight.  It looks like yesterdays workout was the following:

find your one rep max snatch balance
 
Then for time
21-15-9
Overhead squat
Chest to bar pull ups
 
Post wod
30 ghd sit upp
5 minutes of snatch skill work.

Todays workout hasnt been posted so I'll be one of the people nervously walking up to the board reading the workout!  I'm so excited!!
