That was rough
I went in a little early last night and got to watch the 5 o'clockers finish up their workout. Looked rough... This is what we did:
3 x 30 seconds amrap of push ups.
Rest 60 seconds in between record each round
3 max sets of strict pull ups. Rest 60 seconds in between and record each roundMy pushup sets were 21, 16, 10... a steady decline :DMy pullups(subbed reverse jumping pullups) were 6, 9, 8
Then for time
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Power Cleans
KB Swings

I'm happy with the pullups, I will be moving the bar up an inch or two next time for less jump. XD
