Split Jerks3-3-3-3-3We put up 55lbs and I was excited to be able to try these out for the first time. (Note to self-It works best for me to put my bad knee forward). I worked with Kelsea and Rae to do these, what helpful ladies!

We were supposed to count how many kte's we got. I didn't touch my elbows once with my knees so I had a big fat zero! :( I guess its something to work towards...Handstand pushups were done from a box since I cant even get my feet over my head... bummer!
I need to make an effort to remember how much weight I do on everything! (note to self #2- make a mental note of weight and take a pict of the board with phone)
